Mental Health Month
Our expert psychologist has put together 30-minute workshop materials, complemented by a few creative, experience-based program ideas to make the month even more memorable.
Two complementary program formats
Ready-to-deliver workshop content from our psychologist, plus experience-based formats that bring the whole team into the topic.
- “Mental health: back to basics” — a standalone session
- “Life's challenges and crises” — a 3-part series
- Ready-to-use material, deliverable right away
- Classic, lecture-based format
- Outdoor stress-management walking workshop
- Silent opinion wall — anonymous and communal
- 30-day mental health kit
- They don't replace the workshops — they complement them
Mental health: back to basics
How can we take care of our mental health in everyday life?
The goal is to return to the basics of mental health and review what we can do every day to protect our own psychological wellbeing.
Our mental health through life's challenges
Three standalone sessions — can be held individually or as a series.
Career choices, independence, and the “did I make the right decision?” feeling in young adulthood.
Taking stock of goals and roles — what do I still want from the next stage of my life?
Juggling multiple caregiving roles at once — balancing children, aging parents, work, and your own life.
Out-of-the-box program ideas
Three experience-based formats for those who want to engage their team beyond the classic workshop.
Stress-relief walk
Walk & talk — movement itself as the stress-management exercise
Instead of a traditional, seated workshop, the psychologist walks and talks with participants in small groups in a nearby park — focused specifically on stress management. Movement and the natural environment reduce stress in themselves, so the format itself becomes part of the content.
- Short breathing and mindfulness exercises during the walk
- How movement affects stress levels — a live, first-hand experience
- An open conversation about current workload and stress levels
- Practical tips for building movement into everyday life
Silent opinion wall
The lowest-barrier format — anyone can take part
A wall set up in a shared space (hallway, kitchen) — or a digital surface accessible via QR code — where colleagues can anonymously write answers to a self-reflection question. Making the responses visible to everyone normalizes the topic, without anyone having to speak up publicly.
30-day mental health kit
One small, tailored step for every day
Throughout the whole month, a short, easy-to-follow message arrives every day via the company's internal channel (email, Teams, Slack, SMS) — something for colleagues to focus on that day. By the end of the month, a well-rounded, personal “toolkit” of small, sustainable steps has come together — instead of a single lecture.
Highlighted: a “bigger” weekly exercise alongside the lighter daily steps.
- “Today: a 10-minute offline walk, no phone.”
- “Today: write down three things that went well today.”
- “Today: say no to something you don't want to do.”
Let's choose together the format that's right for you
The workshops are available on their own, and the out-of-the-box ideas can be freely combined with them and with each other.
